Voxivo4Teams is an enterprise cloud voice solution that simplifies and improves IT management with enhanced features like intelligent routing, call recording and essential administration tools.
Voxivo4Teams is ideal for replacing old PBX systems and consolidating communications in the cloud. It can also host analogue-based devices like fax machines.
We’ll help evaluate and structure licencing requirements to make sure you are not over-paying. Typically, you’ll need an Enterprise licence and Teams Voice licence (this comes bundled in with Microsoft 365 E5 and 365 Business Voice) and a Voxivo4Teams licence.
Microsoft Calling Plans have limited features and usually inferior voice quality and SLAs. They’re also often more expensive depending on what you require.
Yes. Training can be provided to administrators as part of your managed service.
