CX Translate is a Kerv Experience app that translates real-time, webchats, SMS, email (released June 24) and other messaging conversations within Genesys Cloud. It helps you provide great customer service in any language, from any country, any time.

 

It’s easy to use, simple to enable and supports 110+ languages. Our customers use it to translate over 4 million messages per month, with a 99.95% translation accuracy. They’ve also enjoyed 100% uptime from summer 2023 to today!

 

Released in 2023 this new tool has already created quite a buzz, winning Highly Commended in the Best Innovation category of the Comms Council Awards, as well as creating many fans amongst its users.

As a Genesys Gold Partner we have created this app to work seamlessly with Genesys technology, so at the moment it is not available on other platforms.

No, you can purchase CX Translate through us, or via the AppFoundry regardless of who provides your Genesys licences.

It’s charged based on concurrent agent usage each month, with an additional charge if you use more than 250,000 characters of translation per agent.

There’s a minimum of 10 agents.

No. You can cancel any time you want to.

Not normally – there’s no minimum time period and 10 agents for a month is very affordable. If you aren’t sure whether CX Translate will solve your problem, then please talk to us – we’d love to hear from you!
