After using Microsoft AX for several years, Howden recognised it was time to move forward; which meant making the shift to Dynamics 365.
With a strong in-house ERP team Howden was no stranger to implementations. In fact, a typical AX rollout could be done in around six months, but this time was different. Moving to Dynamics 365 wasn’t just another deployment, it was a full rebuild and that called for a different kind of support.
Howden was already working with an implementation partner when they brought Kerv on board as an adviser and the role quickly expanded. Kerv began auditing the project, offering independent assurance and providing guidance throughout the project.
