Yet again, Kerv is a Great Place to Work!

We are extremely proud to share that once again Kerv has earned Great Place To Work certification!

This award is highly valued as it’s based entirely on what our employees say about their experience working at Kerv, how they view our leaders, plus their interaction with peers and managers.

We’ve a couple of firsts this year – in previous years the UK and India have been a Great Place to Work and have been judged separately, this year for the first time, we’ve combined our entries so that our results represent all our people in Kerv across the UK, the rest of the world and India.

Our other first is that in the UK, we’ve realised a major achievement. We have been placed 11th in the UK’s Best Workplaces 2024 in the ‘Large’ company category. This is no mean feat as we share the list with some impressive names. Kervers from across the UK attended a celebratory evening in London where we collected our trophy, now proudly displayed at our head office.

A huge 94% of our employees agreed that Kerv is a Great Place To Work – a typical UK company scores 54% which puts us some 40 percentage points higher. Within the Large category we’re also proud to say that we share the same score as the first-placed company so we’re assuming the overall scores are close!

Our fantastic team in India has been confirmed a Great Place to Work as part of our 2024 global entry. Further details will be published when Great Place to Work India officially announces this year’s lists in June 2024.
