Kerv is proud to announce that we have been placed 9th place in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing

The Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list focuses on employees’ holistic experiences of wellbeing at work, including their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, social support, job satisfaction, and financial security, to reveal the best workplaces for wellbeing in the UK.

Our inclusion on this exclusive Great Place to Work list acknowledges our commitment to creating a consistently and overwhelmingly positive employee experience, to foster cultures and inclusion that are proven to drive business, improve lives, and better society. Over the past year we have continued to increase our focus on promoting positive mental health and physical wellbeing both inside and outside our workplace.

To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing List, Great Place to Work reviewed Kerv’s culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from our employees. These data insights were then used to benchmark our employee value proposition against the culture our employees experience. Only the businesses that achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces status.

From our anonymous employee feedback, we can see that overall our team values Kerv’s continuing journey to improve and grow our culture across our business.

The Best Workplaces for Wellbeing List recognises that supporting employee wellbeing is more than just a package of impressive perks on a careers website. By being included on this list, we’ve proved that trust remains a top priority within Kerv and that you, our employees, are truly at the heart of everything we do.

One employee said in their feedback “Kerv has aspirations to be the best place anyone’s worked and the leadership team is continually improving things to make that a reality; both for people’s day-to-day experience and for the future.”

“We’re pleased once again to be in a top 100 list in for the UK’s Best Workplaces. This time it’s for Wellbeing which is something Kerv has placed high on the agenda. We’re so proud of this achievement and look forward to using the valuable insights Great Place to Work has provided us to build on this success. We will always
strive to improve all aspects of our culture and employee satisfaction.”
