At Women@Kerv (W@K), our mission has always been about fostering a space of connection, inspiration, and empowerment for women globally.
Let’s look at our journey, our initiatives, and where we’re headed soon!
W@K proudly launched in September 2023, and since then, we’ve been working relentlessly to build a supportive community for women at Kerv, both locally and internationally.
While the exact number of women we started with is unknown, we now stand strong at 224 members, and the growth and impact of W@K is unmistakable!
Key Initiatives
We’ve organised four Women@Kerv in-person events in the UK and India, designed to create bonds as a community, educate, inspire, and understand what initiatives women want.
We’ve delivered two series of online training sessions for women globally: “Getting Your Voice Heard” aimed to boost confidence and provide a safe space for women to connect, and “Resilience Training” focused on self-awareness and steps to develop greater resilience at work.
Community Building
Our coffee mornings blend serious discussions on career growth and work-life balance with lighthearted activities like games and storytelling, fostering a collaborative and empowering atmosphere. In addition to these engaging sessions, we’ve held educational events on menopause awareness, featuring a webinar from the President of the Indian Menopause Society and a lunch-and-learn session where employees shared their experiences.
Furthermore, we celebrated International Women’s Day (IWD) 2025 with a “Life Hacks with Lisa” session, panel discussions, and feedback collection on impactful initiatives, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive approach to our community activities.
Our Partnership with BelEve
The partnership with BelEve began during International Women’s Day efforts, and we immediately resonated with their mission and impact.
We’re in the middle of a mentorship program where 11 accomplished women (at Kerv) are guiding and inspiring young women from BelEve. This initiative is all about empowering the next generation, nurturing their talents, and fostering confidence and leadership skills to help them thrive.
Future Initiatives
We aim to host a fertility awareness lunch-and-learn session and present a business case for paid leave for partners going through the process. Additionally, we’re developing a female sponsorship program to actively increase the number of women in senior leadership roles, with sponsors advocating for career advancement opportunities.
By working with our community, we are designing tailored initiatives for women at different career stages—early, mid, and senior. Furthermore, we will host work experiences for young women to give them insight into careers at Kerv.
Our Commitment
Women@Kerv started as a simple idea and blossomed into a thriving global community, and as we continue to grow, we remain steadfast in our commitment to support and uplift women, creating opportunities that leave a lasting impact.
Together, we’ll keep challenging norms, breaking barriers, and accelerating action.
Join us in our mission to empower women by exploring open job opportunities at Kerv. Together, we can make a difference.
