Who we are looking for:
The rare blend of strategic thinker and delivery leader — a self-starter who can take visionary ideas from the C-suite and turn them into structured, actionable delivery plans. You’ll be responsible for leading internal initiatives that keep Kerv Digital ahead of the curve, from sales enablement and proposition development to tooling and training. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, including the CEO, CTO, COO and other members of the leadership team, to ensure our internal capability is aligned with our external ambitions.
You’ll be expected to deliver internal initiatives with the same rigour and energy as client-facing projects—managing internal builds, enablement sessions, and early-stage discovery work. While the role is primarily focused on internal delivery for the foreseeable future, it may evolve to include client-facing project work depending on business needs.
All backgrounds will always be considered and experience here is far more important. We’re open to Project Managers with a solid transferable background who are looking to deliver a mix of well-governed business transformation, Dynamics 365 delivery, bespoke development projects, and internal strategic initiatives using our mature blend of agile and waterfall approaches and tools as appropriate. Ability to guide our teams through Agile Scrum delivery and manage the Scrum ceremonies is essential.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead internal delivery of strategic initiatives (e.g. tooling, training, proposition development) with a product ownership mindset.
  • Translate C-suite vision into actionable plans and coordinate enablement across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery.
  • Support bid engagements and early-stage consultancy, especially around emerging tech like Agentic AI.
  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, managing ambiguity and driving alignment.
  • Deliver projects using structured Agile approaches, managing ceremonies, governance, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Work with on/offshore teams, manage cost base, and identify upsell/change control opportunities.
Experience Required
  • 5+ years in digital/software/IT delivery management.
  • Strong Agile delivery background and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing internal builds and enablement programmes.
  • Comfortable working across Sales, Tech, and Strategy domains.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills.
  • Creating and maintaining the environment in which the project will succeed
  • Establishing and operating governance structures within projects to ensure effective decision making and robust assurance
  • Managing project cost base and time tracking, identifying and delivering change control and project upsell
  • Managing an agile development process, including stewarding planning sessions, scrums and show and tell
  • Reporting project status to the Kerv Digital Leadership Team. partners and clients, effectively managing stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, the ability to think on feet and make decisions
  • Other tasks as reasonably requested (yes, our lawyers asked for that one)
