Exploring opportunities in the Insurance Sector!
On 3rd July 2025, Kerv attended our very first MGAA Annual Conference, held at the impressive Thames-side Old Billingsgate venue in London. As a new entrant to the insurance space, the event was a fantastic opportunity to meet face-to-face with Managing General Agents, industry peers, and potential partners — and to introduce ourselves to this fast-moving, people-driven sector.
This year’s theme, ‘Navigating a Bright Future,’ couldn’t have been more fitting.
From modernising legacy platforms to building AI-ready, cloud-powered systems, Kerv is helping organisations take confident, future-focused steps in a fast-changing digital landscape.
Throughout the day, our Financial Services & Insurance (FS&I) team had valuable conversations with MGAs exploring digital transformation — from those modernising CRM systems and improving data foundations, to organisations starting to explore the potential of AI and Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Building Partnerships in the MGA Ecosystem
We also connected with a number of technology and consultancy partners working in the MGA space — and we’re already following up on some exciting collaborative opportunities to help bring intelligent, human-centred solutions to the sector.
Reflections from the Team
Mark Boulton, Senior Sales Consultant, reflected on the experience: “The MGAA conference was a really positive first step into the insurance sector for us. It gave us a great feel for the challenges MGAs are facing — and the opportunities to support them with smart, scalable Microsoft technologies.”

Looking Ahead
The event was insightful, engaging, and most of all — welcoming. We’d like to thank the MGAA team for hosting such a valuable day. We’re already looking forward to being part of future events in the MGA community.
