Mandeep Padan

Nonprofit Solutions Lead, Kerv Digital

Mandeep Padan is a Principal Architect at Kerv and sector lead for our NFP solutions. With over 15 years experience of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform coupled with his vast experience of working with NFPs he is able to bring a technical and creative focus to technological transformations.
Mandeep has vast knowledge of working with Non-for-profits ranging from experience with fundraising and engagement systems, marketing, and data migrations from multiple source systems including Raisers Edge, ThankQ, Care and more. With further key experiencing in income processing including Direct Debit, Gift Aid and also integrations with 3rd party giving platforms.
Mandeep has worked with numerous not-for-profits in various capacities and understands the common challenges they face in terms of fundraising and engagement, and wider areas of the of the organisation enabling him to support them in transforming their visions into technical ecosystems with the supporter at the heart.

David Leigh

Partner Development Manager, Microsoft Tech for Social Impact

David has thirty years’ experience in the IT Industry, 23 of which have been with Microsoft with most time spent supporting Microsoft Partners as they help our customers achieve their transformation goals. Following a long term plan, David recently moved into the Tech for Social Impact Team to help Microsoft Partners support nonprofit organisations as they seek to take advantage of the latest innovations.

David has thirty years’ experience in the IT Industry, 23 of which have been with Microsoft with most time spent supporting Microsoft Partners as they help our customers achieve their transformation goals. Following a long term plan, David recently moved into the Tech for Social Impact Team to help Microsoft Partners support nonprofit organisations as they seek to take advantage of the latest innovations.

Keith Collins

Principal Consultant, Adapta Consulting

Keith specialises in helping organisations develop and implement technology and digital strategies, with a particular focus on digital solutions (e.g. web CMS, digital marketing, e-learning), CRM platforms, and how technology can support improved engagement with supporters, members, volunteers and staff.

Keith’s experience comes from roles both within the charity sector – including senior roles at both Christian Aid and Sue Ryder – and the commercial sector, working both for Blackbaud and a Salesforce partner delivering solutions to non-profit organisations across Europe. Keith has also been asked to speak at events both within the non-profit sector and beyond, including CeBIT – at the time the largest international IT expo – and fundraising conferences in the UK, Hungary, Germany and the Netherlands.

In the summer of 2017, Keith decided to return to the world of independent consulting as a consultant with Adapta, since when he has worked with clients including the Trussell Trust, Islamic Relief UK, the British Horse Society, the National Children’s Bureau, Diabetes UK and The Pony Club, on projects including the development of digital strategies, and the selection of new technology solutions and suppliers.

Keith is a qualified PRINCE2 project manager, and since 2014 has been a volunteer football coach and manager with St Albans City Youth FC.
