Kerv Managing Director Mike Ing Announces Plans to Retire

Published 23/01/26 under:

After more than four decades in the technology industry, our Group Managing Director, Mike Ing, has announced his decision to retire.

Mike co-founded Kerv in 2020 with our Executive Chair, Alastair Mills, and has been at the heart of everything we’ve built since. Under his leadership, Kerv has delivered market-leading organic growth, brought together a group of brilliant technology businesses, and created an award-winning culture that puts people and customers first. His clarity of purpose and belief in the power of aligned, empowered teams has shaped the way we work and will continue to shape our business long into the future.

Reflecting on the journey, Mike said:

“Founding Kerv gave us the opportunity to build a great culture, putting people and customers at the heart of decision making. As a result, we have built a truly differentiated technology partner. Our consistent strong organic growth, our people scores and our customer feedback for 5+ years is measurable proof that our approach has been successful and is the right thing to do.”
