Katrina King Appointed Chief Customer & Operations Officer at Kerv

Katrina King has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Customer & Operations Officer (CCOO) at Kerv.

The role combines a continued focus on customer experience with an emphasis on operational agility; a strategic move designed to ensure Kerv remains ahead in a rapidly evolving market.

Katrina brings extensive experience to the position, having served as Chief Customer Officer for the past five years; during which time, she has led on key transformation initiatives. Under her leadership, Kerv achieved consecutive Investor in Customers (IIC) Gold Awards in 2024 and 2025 – the highest level of recognition for excellence across four key principles, including a culture of continuous improvement.

Her promotion reflects Kerv’s ongoing growth strategy. Since its founding in 2020 by Alastair Mills and Mike Ing, the company has delivered consistent year-on-year growth and now employs 900 people across four continents, supporting more than 800 customers worldwide.

Speaking about her new role, Katrina said,

“As the business scales, we will continue to align customer experience and operational excellence to deliver even greater value and a seamless experience. This is a great challenge, and one I’m excited to lead on.”

With women occupying only 21% of senior positions in UK tech firms (Tech Nation, 2024), Katrina is a strong advocate for diversity in leadership. She believes that varied perspectives (regardless of background, identity, or belief), help businesses better represent customers and employees, enabling more informed decision making.
