This release adds support for Microsoft AI Translation Services and addresses some specific issues reported by customers.

Support for Microsoft AI Translation services (The Microsoft translation engine is disabled by default, and can be enabled for specific languages via a service request to Support. You may want to consider enabling this to improve translation quality for some Eastern European languages.)
Fixed an issue where canned response library was not selectable for web messaging
Enabled language variant i.e. British English & US English (if one of the variant languages is enabled CX Translate would use that variant language)
Fixed an issue where the wrong title was being displayed on the ‘Integration Settings’ screen
Fixed an issue where when receiving a webchat in CX Translate the user can see empty library lozenges
Fixed an issue where Genesys was displaying markdowns on webchat.

This service is hosted and managed by Kerv, customers should refresh their browsers when prompted.
