FAQs

Got a question about this product?

All the code is donated by Kerv – meaning you only pay for anything that takes additional ‘time’. This could be ongoing support or set-up and configuration costs.

Yes certainly! The powerUp is designed to be extended and customised by each client. We can support with the build of additional PowerApps, or give you the tools to build your own.

There are some required Microsoft licenses for the powerUps, as they are built upon Power Platform. But many clients may already have the required licenses, especially existing users of Dynamics 365. We can quote license costs on an individual basis, but most nonprofits benefit from significant license discounts.
