Upgrade Procedure
1 – take a backup of the database and of webserver1 & webserver2
2 – apply OS updates to sql1 & reboot
3 – apply OS updates to sql2 & reboot
4 – apply OS updates to sql3 & reboot
5 – disconnect webserver1 from the load balancer (up to 30 seconds to drain requests)
6 – update webserver1, apply OS updates & reboot.
7 – upgrade the database schema & reconnect webserver1, and test.
8 – upgrade webserver2, apply OS updates & reboot
9 – reconnect webserver2
10 – apply OS updates to jump server & reboot
