Where real AI stories are shared… over a drink.
AI is everywhere right now, but for most businesses, the real challenge isn’t the technology. It’s figuring out where to start, how to build something useful, and how to get people to actually use it.
AI on Tap is a relaxed, informal afternoon in a central London bar where we’ll share how organisations are using AI and automation to solve genuine problems. You’ll hear real use cases from our AI Labs programme, meet others on the same journey, and hopefully leave with a few new ideas (and maybe a drink in hand).
This session is designed for IT, innovation and business leaders who want more than just another AI webinar or marketing buzzwords. It’s about showing what’s already working, how to get started, and what makes an AI project stick.
What to expect
We’ll share the tools we’ve built with customers, the problems they’ve solved, and the lessons learned along the way. It’s a chance to see what’s possible, ask questions, and take away ideas that might just work in your world too. Here’s what the afternoon looks like:
Setting the scene
We’ll kick off with a short intro covering where we are in the AI lifecycle, current trends we’re seeing across industries, and how our AI Labs program helps businesses design, build and deploy AI and automation solutions that work for them.
AI Labs in action
You’ll see real projects we’ve delivered, each framed around the challenge, the build, and the business outcome. Example use cases include:
-
Digital dictation built into Microsoft Teams
-
Automated joiner, mover, leaver processes using Entra ID
-
A regulation tracking bot built to streamline compliance
-
AI enhancements inside Microsoft Dynamics workflows
Driving adoption
AI only delivers value when people actually use it. That’s why we’ve invited adoption experts from First AI to share practical advice on running successful pilot programmes, securing internal buy-in, and upskilling teams.
Fireside chat and open Q&A
We’ll wrap things up with a candid discussion around common blockers, how to prioritise build vs buy, and what separates AI success stories from the rest. Audience questions encouraged.
And then… we’ll move to the bar.
