Women@Kerv
Women@Kerv (W@K) is a community and forum for empowering women in their professional and personal development. Through mentorship, networking and development programs, we empower our team to champion gender diversity, break down barriers, share ideas, grow their skills, and make an impact—both within and beyond Kerv.
Some of our recent initiatives:
- Community Events: Hosted multiple events across the UK and India to gather feedback on initiatives, highlight career journeys and insights of inspirational Women@Kerv.
- Training Programs: Conducted two global online training series for women at Kerv, led by Lisa Smale, MD of The Talent Pool:
- “Getting Your Voice Heard in the Workplace”
- “Resilience: Managing Your Triggers”

Kerv Cares
We understand that thriving at work starts with feeling great in life! That’s why wellness and health are at the heart of everything we do – not just for our Kervers, but also those important to them. From personalised flexible working, and mental health and wellbeing support, to ongoing professional development and a digital open door that ensures we’re always improving.
Our initiative:
- In-house wellbeing community: Led by 7 fully trained Mental Health First Aiders, to support our team’s mental and emotional wellbeing.
- Mentorship program: Established to support new leaders and nurture our talent.
- Financial planning sessions: Helping Kervers manage their financial health and plan for the future.

Kerv Giving
Kerv Giving is supported by the employee-led philanthropy council to support the vulnerable in society by donating time, money and resources. We’ve pledged to donate 1% (~ÂŁ100K) of our cash profits and offer 500 volunteering days to support causes that matter.Â
Our contributions in FY 2023-24:
- Over £1m of free IP donated to the non-profit sector to date.
- 303 days donated to local communities
- ÂŁ31,500 raised for good causes
- Charities and Non-profits we support: BelEve, Retail Trust, WaterAid, Khalsa Aid, SpecialEffect, Macmillan Cancer Support, VIA Wings.
