As we enter 2025, we’re taking some time to reflect on 2024 as an amazing year full of growth, innovation, and community for Kerv.
Join us revisit some of the key highlights that made this year remarkable at Kerv!
Strengthening Our Business & Data Applications Offering
We proudly welcomed Inciper, a powerhouse in Microsoft Business Applications and Data Analytics, especially Dynamics for Finance & Operations. This exciting acquisition brought 75 top-tier experts into the Kerv family, supercharging our capabilities across the entire Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite. The Inciper team, led by their visionary founders Mark Roberts and Dave Sanderson, joined Kerv Digital, our Microsoft-aligned Digital Transformation practice. Alastair Mills, Kerv’s executive chair, couldn’t contain his enthusiasm about the acquisition, highlighting the perfect cultural fit and shared mission to harness technology for good!
Robin Lawson from Bridgepoint Development Capital noted that Inciper’s expertise would propel Kerv to new heights as a leading digital transformation partner in the UK. With clients like The Welsh Government, Marston Holdings, and M&S, Inciper brings over ÂŁ10m in additional revenue and a 20% organic growth rate to Kerv.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue this journey of innovation and growth with Inciper to help us tackle even more ambitious projects!
A Great Place to Work
We were honoured as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in 2024, ranking among the top in the large & super large category. This recognition was based on anonymous employee feedback, reflecting our commitment to creating an exceptional workplace.
We also achieved the following categories:
- The UK’s Best Workplaces 2024 in Tech (for the second year in a row!)

Our Women@Kerv initiative gained momentum, fostering an equitable and supportive environment for all employees. Chloe Black, Head of People Development, emphasised our mission to create a community for networking and connection, raising the visibility of women and providing development opportunities.
As we celebrate these achievements, we remain committed to fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation. We are committed to making Kerv the best place to work for all our Kervers and we will continue to focus on employee wellbeing in 2024.

Celebrating Customer Service Week
For the first time, we celebrated Customer Service Week, recognising the hard work and dedication of our customer service teams. The week was filled with insightful sessions and fun activities, leading to significant takeaways and achievements.
Some highlights included a Lunch and Learn session on AI in Customer Experience, which showcased real-life innovation at Kerv, intentional communication training for all customer services employees, to present practical tools for impactful conversations, and, of course, lots of themed cake!
Customer Service Week was a celebration and an investment in our people and customers, reinforcing our commitment to our Kervers and our customers. We’re excited to build on this success and make 2025 even bigger and better, with more learning, collaboration, and fun!
Impact Report Highlights
We released our second Impact Report, providing an update on our purpose-led mission and how we are reaching our sustainability goals.
A few highlights are:
- Community Engagement: 303 days dedicated to charitable causes.
- Diversity and Inclusivity: 36.1% of Kervers identify as women, and 11.3% of our team identify as neurodiverse.
- Charitable Giving: ÂŁ31,500 raised for good causes.
- Climate Action: Our near-term science-based targets were approved, committing us to reducing absolute scope 1 and scope 2 emissions by 42% by FY2030, and ensuring 75% of our suppliers have science-based targets by FY2028.

Launching the Learning Kerv Podcast
We launched the Learning Kerv Podcast Series 1, focusing on generative AI in digital transformation. This series has been a fantastic platform for sharing insights and knowledge on cutting-edge technologies.
Our host, Rufus Grig, CTO of Kerv Group, lead us through a journey of discovery of Gen AI with multiple special guests. Learning Kerv introduced Gen AI by providing the basic principles of how it works and how to get the best result from AI models, as well as topics such as AI in CX, AI and Cybersecurity, Ethical AI and real-life AI applications.

Welcoming Bridgepoint as Our New Investment Partner
Perhaps one of the biggest milestones of 2024 was announcing our new investment partnership, Bridgepoint Development Capital (BDC)! This dynamic collaboration is set to turbocharge our growth, fuelling innovation and expanding our capabilities through strategic acquisitions.
So far, their unwavering support has been instrumental in our success, and we’re excited to have them alongside us as we embark on our next chapter. Looking ahead to 2025, this partnership will enable us to achieve remarkable feats by scaling up our operations, introducing cutting-edge solutions, and enhancing our service offerings, all while maintaining our commitment to our unique culture and values. Our focus remains on prioritising our people and delivering exceptional value to our customers and partners.
Annual Company Event
At Kerv, our core values are the heartbeat of our success, and our annual “Stay Ahead” event was a vibrant celebration of these principles! This year, we brought together our global team to honour achievements, share insights, and gear up for an exciting future.
Throughout the day, we celebrated and recognised the individuals and teams who embody our core values with the Kerv Value awards. Besides that, so much was going on!
Attendees explored our Expo showcasing Kerv’s cutting edge technology, including from partners, as well as fun activities, in between breakout sessions that covered a range of topics from negotiations skills to meditation.
Kervers also discussed our FY25 priorities, including inspiring people, enhancing customer feedback, driving growth, and pursuing innovations and providing a sustainability update that reaffirmed our goal to achieve net zero by 2029.
The highlight for many people, apart from the mariachi band that played at drinks after, was an inspiring talk from Olympian Derek Redmond. Derek left everyone feeling extremely motivated and inspired by his story!
Stay Ahead 2024 was a testament to our Kervers’ achievements and a powerful reminder of the exciting journey ahead. Together, we continue to harness technology to make a positive impact on our people, customers, society, and planet.

We’ve expanded our team to over 800 Kervers and continue to grow, celebrating numerous wins, forging new partnerships, and hosting memorable events with our customers. While we can’t cover everything we’ve accomplished, these highlights showcase the remarkable progress we’ve made. Turning four years old in 2024, we’ve achieved so much, and we eagerly anticipate what 2025 will bring as we celebrate our fifth anniversary.
