Unilever speeds up product innovation with AI

Unilever wanted to move new products to market faster across global teams spanning marketing, finance, supply chain and R&D. Manual processes and long email chains were slowing decisions and creating unnecessary friction.
Kerv supported Unilever to introduce an AI‑enabled collaboration platform using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Copilot Studio. AI extracts key information from pitch decks, creates structured project records and removes manual hand‑offs, giving teams shared visibility and clearer control. The result was faster time‑to‑market, reduced administrative effort and the ability to launch innovation at scale across hundreds of markets.
