Kerv is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Bell as Chief Executive Officer, effective 13 April.
Kerv has grown to where it is today because of the strength of its people, its values, and a culture built on collaboration and trust. That foundation has positioned the business strongly for the future, and the appointment of a new CEO marks an important next step in our journey.
From the outset of our search, we set out to appoint a leader who truly understands what makes the organisation special: its people-first culture, customer focus, and collective way of working. Steve Bell stood out not only for his depth of experience, but for how closely his leadership style aligns with Kerv’s values and ambitions.
Steve brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across creative, digital, and strategy-led businesses. He has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, encouraging innovation, and growing organisations with purpose.
His experience includes:
- Everplay Group plc – Group CEO of a global gaming publisher and developer operating in the public markets, where Steve led the business through a period of transformation and growth.
- Iris Worldwide – Co-Founder and Global CEO of a multi-discipline marketing consultancy with a structure similar in spirit to Kerv’s, leading a team of more than 1,000 people and partnering with many of the world’s leading brands.
Commenting on his appointment, Steve said:
“Kerv is clearly a brilliant company with terrific people, strong customer and vendor relationships, and real momentum. It feels very well positioned for the opportunities in today’s business and technology landscape, which makes this such an exciting moment. There’s a lot to build on, and also a lot still to go after. I’ve really enjoyed spending time with the leadership team already and am looking forward to working closely with colleagues across the business and meeting as many people as possible over the coming weeks.”
This appointment reflects Kerv’s confidence in its strategy and our belief in the opportunity ahead.
