Ian joins the senior leadership team, with responsibility for driving financial strategy, performance, and discipline.
With a focus on strengthening the foundations for Kerv’s sustainable growth, Ian will be working closely with the Kerv team to build value through a combination of organic development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic partnerships.
Ian has over a decade of experience in CFO roles across both corporate environments and mid-sized PE-backed businesses, bringing a wealth of expertise. He previously served as Group CFO at The Go-Ahead Group, a £3 billion revenue business, and played a key role in two successful private equity exits for NZ Bus and Forest Coach Lines.
