Kerv Achieves Great Place to Work Status Again!

Kerv Achieves Great Place to Work Status Again!

Published 14/03/25 under:

We’re extremely proud to have gained the official title of Great Place To Work at Kerv for yet another year! This is this is the second year the whole company has gained certification – combining our application for the UK (with the rest of the world) and India.  The UK is celebrating its third year of individual certification, with India achieving an incredible fifth title.

On 14th March 2025, Great Place To Work UK also announced its first 2025 ‘Best Workplaces’ list and we’re excited to share that Kerv has secured 7th place in the ‘large’ category, a notable improvement from our 11th place finish in 2024! This is the second consecutive year we’ve earned a spot on this prestigious list.

Certification is a significant achievement, backed by validated and anonymous feedback from Kerv employees (83% of our team told us). Great Place To Work, as the global authority on workplace culture, utilises its rigorous, data-driven methodology to generate the score. The accreditation is based on a minimum of 65% of employees consistently enjoying a positive experience at work; Kerv has far exceeded this – 88% of employees say Kerv is a great place to work, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK company.

Ross Barnard, Chief People Office at Kerv said of the achievement,

“This is another great certification for Kerv, achieved by, and for, our growing number of employees working across the globe. We’re proud of all our Kervers, – in the UK, India, USA, Hong Kong, Spain, Czechia, Morocco, Singapore, France, Switzerland, and South Africa. The data from the Great Place To Work Survey is so vital to us, it gives us quantifiable actionable insights that helps us continue to improve employee experience year on year. Thank you to everyone at Kerv for making this possible and for making it a great place to work.”

In 2024, we were recognised in multiple Great Place To Work ‘Best Workplaces’ lists, having achieved strong results in the following categories:

  • Best Workplaces in the ‘large’ category (UK)

Chief People Officer of Kerv Digital, Kanhaiya Lal Sharma (based in India), said of India’s fifth year in Great Place To Work,

To be named a Great Place To Work in India for the fifth year in a row is a reflection of our consistent efforts in creating a culture of trust, teamwork, and growth. It is our belief at Kerv that our company develops when our people develop. This certification stands as a reflection of the passion, innovation, and teamwork that our workplace culture reflects every day. As a leader, I am really proud of this achievement and even more committed to taking our culture to new heights, so we continue to set new benchmarks in employee development and experience.”

The team at Great Place To Work has worked with Kerv for a number of years now, supporting us with the process.

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK, expressed his congratulations to Kerv for attaining the Certification again,

“We know that prioritising the employee experience leads to building trust among employees, fostering a remarkable workplace culture, and ultimately achieving exceptional business outcomes. Congratulations!”
