• Updated Kerv Translate integration to remove usage of deprecated Genesys API fields.

Upgrade Procedure

1 - take a backup of the database and of webserver1 & webserver2
2 - apply OS updates to sql1 & reboot
3 - apply OS updates to sql2 & reboot
4 - apply OS updates to sql3 & reboot
5 - disconnect webserver1 from the load balancer (up to 30 seconds to drain requests)
6 - update webserver1, apply OS updates & reboot.
7 - upgrade the database schema & reconnect webserver1, and test.
8 - upgrade webserver2, apply OS updates & reboot
9 - reconnect webserver2
10 – apply OS updates to jump server & reboot
