  • 13:00 – 14:00: Track 1: Early AI foundation & quick wins – aimed at those early in their AI journey and looking to explore virtual agent.
  • 13:00 – 14:00: Track 2: Advanced AI & Agentic CX – targeted at those who are further on in their AI journey and looking to utilise full automation.
  • 14:10 – 15:15: Track 3: Build a customer journey in Genesys workshop – interactive session designed to teach you how to build a user journey from scratch, including AI quality for vulnerable customers.

15.15pm: Customer panel & Q&A: Hear from fellow Genesys Cloud customers, Guardian, Walsall Council and CPM on how they are adopting the platform to improve efficiencies across the board.
