You will be highly customer focused professional who is proactive and autonomous, joining a team that is responsible for network and infrastructure operations and support.

We support digital transformation initiatives with secure, automated and simple to manage solutions for the data centre, branch office and cloud. You will be joining us to deliver our solutions into one of our strategic customer’s UK data centres.
All about you
You’ll be an exceptionally experienced Network & Security Support Engineer (Level-2) to become part of our highly talented team.
You will have knowledge of vendor technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, ZScaler, F5 LTM/GTM, Infoblox, and Velocloud.
What we are looking for
You’ll have at least 2-4yrs experience as a Network & Security Support Engineer (Level-2) who is comfortable triaging tickets at level-2 and working with network technologies such as MPLS, OSPF, BGP, VxLAN and security technologies such as firewall policy definition, web access and filtering and cloud security.
